You’ll work directly with senior executives at the biggest names in media and entertainment, solving some of the key challenges of those industries
Your day to day decisions will drive immediate impact - our clients will be turning to you to solve major needs for their businesses
You’ll learn something new everyday - our clients each come from different industries, with different needs across every area (BD, marketing, operations, content, product, etc.), so you’ll have to wear (and try on) different hats
You’ll build your own network, both in working with our clients and in finding new opportunities for them to grow
You’ll be able to work remotely and often with a flexible schedule
You won’t really be working for a traditional consultancy - there will be no case interview, and you won’t be defrauding sub-Saharan African nations (just making sure you read this far) - we do what we say we will and we do the right thing, without exception
You’ll have the opportunity to grow your role and scope - we’re still a small company
You’ll be joining a culture of mutual respect, integrity and lightheartedness, where your work and your voice will be valued, recognized and rewarded

Exceptionally strong account or partner management experience - someone who can anticipate a clients needs and surpass their expectations
Clear, strategic communicator - this person must know their audience and how to position themselves and Chapter effectively
A hustler and consummate networker, someone who knows how to get creative to find opportunity, get attention without a warm intro and connect people

A deep understanding of the media, entertainment, podcasting, and/or tech industries - this person knows the different business models, has a solid and diverse rolodex of contacts, and has a sense of where the growth opportunities are (and are not)
